staybl is an ipad only application that leverages the device's built-in accelerometer to effectively counteract user tremors, resulting in the appearance of a stabilized screen.
extensive research revealed that individuals with tremor-related conditions experience varying levels of tremors throughout the day. to address this, we strategically positioned the stabilization setting in a prominent location on the home screen, ensuring easy accessibility for users. furthermore, we enhanced its visual prominence, surpassing other setting buttons, to emphasize its significance and facilitate swift adjustment based on individual tremor levels.

acessibility
in order to enhance accessibility, we implemented larger buttons that featured both icons and text for easier reading and minimizing errors when tapping with a tremor. to ensure optimal visibility, we balanced the contrast between background and foreground elements, including text, visuals, and user interface components. furthermore, we maximized the differentiation between active and disabled states by utilizing filled buttons for active states and outlined buttons for disabled states. this design approach aimed to improve usability and provide clear visual cues for users with tremor-related challenges.
